Thank you for organising the guided tour of Vake trails on Sunday, Hard work on the uphill but excellent fun on the downhill. Almost two hours of peddling to get up and less than 20 mins back…. excellent!Ivan - UK
I wanted to thank you again for the wonderful trip we had with you. Your sincere efforts were noted and greatly appreciated. This was an extraordinary experience for all of us and we hope to have the chance to meet you again in Georgia, Israel or some other corner of the world.Ronin - Israel
I decided that I wanted to do a cycling trip in Georgia this year, and had the good fortune to find Georiders on the web. Georiders is a Georgian-based company started by avid mountain bikers who have an intimate knowledge of the trails and best destinations in the country. After communicating with them, I signed up for their Tusheti trip in August. The itinerary started with warm-up cycling for two days near Tbilisi ' first with an easy ride around Lisi Lake, and second to the battlefield of Didigori. These were both interesting and beautiful destinations.Valorie - California, U.S.
The trip to Tusheti by jeep was adventurous in itself and the road up the Abano Pass was stunning and at times nerve-racking, but Dato's driving was excellent. Tusheti is an amazing destination, very unspoiled, a piece of paradise tucked up in the high Caucasus. The cycling was fantastic and very little traffic to worry about and a variety of road conditions to test my skills. Some highlights included a visit to the towers in Omalo, the chalet outside of Omalo where we were treated to a true Georgian supra with plenty of homemade wine, and the lovely guesthouse in Dartlo, where we were entertained nightly by two lovely sisters who live there. Cycling to the villages of Shenako and Parsma was truly high adventure.
My mountain biking skills were somewhat rusty, but thanks to patient coaching by Andy, Dato, and especially James, I improved so that by the end of the week I was able to cycle down the entirety of the Abano Pass. I would put this holiday on any adventure cyclist's list. Thanks again for a great holiday!
We just wanted to say what a terrific time we had with georiders on our recent trip to Georgia. It was great to see a part of Georgia we otherwise would have missed, and the countryside was beautiful. Thanks for the riding tips and help. I hope we get a chance to ride Georgia again, and we'd be happy to recommend georiders. Ride hard!

PS, It's raining in Oxford!
Georgia is a hidden gem. I knew nothing about it before I arrived. I was taken aback by its beauty, the friendly people, and the wonderful food.Alastair Humphreys, UK
An old boss and friend was visiting Georgia and wanted to do some MTB riding while here, but needed a bike and some local knowledge about trails. Her internet research and my own word-of-mouth research locally arrived at the same conclusion: Georiders is absolutely the way to go. James was both professional and friendly in helping me choose a route; Dato was a fantastic guide with great knowledge of trails and a good ability to read what how far we could push it. Both guys clearly love mountain biking, and they rent out really good bikes. After my trip I'm excited to buy a mountain bike for myself and do some more exploring with the Georiders group rides. Thanks for a great ride, James and Dato!Yoon Nam, U.S.
